Pioneer Pump Parts Kits

We are pleased to announce the availability of mechanical seal kits and bearing frame kits for many of our most popular models.
The mechanical seal kit and bearing frame kit are offered separately. We recommend ordering both kits for a major service. Both the Mechanical Seal and Bearing Frame kits include all of the O-rings needed for service. We also have upper vacuum pump and lower vacuum pump kits available.

These poor old beauties have literally millions of revolutions on them. They can't last forever but they worked reliably and faithfully for years because they are OEM shafts. Original Equipment Manufactured parts are the only way to know they are correct and built to live in your process. Others try to duplicate them by way of dimensions but the hardening and coating processes that have been engineered into these are proprietary for a good reasons....
